Job Queued (~X mins)
It never moves or finishes, even after a long wait.
Causes
- Heavy load on Midjourney's servers during peak hours.
- You've hit your plan's "concurrent jobs" limit (how many images can generate at once).
- A temporary connection glitch between Discord and Midjourney's servers.
The Fix
- Wait — the queue moves on its own over time.
- Type
/infoin any Midjourney chat to check your queued jobs count. - If you have multiple requests pending, let one finish before sending another.
- Restart Discord (close and reopen).
- Check status.midjourney.com for a wider outage.
- If you're on the free or basic plan, consider upgrading for more concurrent generations.
