The jury found Cop Derek Chauvin guilty of causing the killing of African-American George Floyd while driving last May, and congratulated President Goyden Floyd after the verdict.

The deliberations were held on Monday, and lasted for more than 10 hours, and ended with Judge Peter Cahill announcing the conviction of the former police officer.
Chauvin was convicted of second degree murder.
Second degree, up to premeditated murder, second degree, up to another 10 years behind bars.
