Frenchman football player Paul Pogba played his Manchester United match against Roma in the European League, while he was fasting.

Manchester United beat Roma 6-2, and Pogba scored a goal and performed amazingly on Thursday, during the Ramadan fast.

With the start of the second half after dark, Pogba had the option of breakfast in the first half, instead, playing and fasting in the second half.

 

Reshmin Chowdhury of "BT Sport" stated "Paul Pogba was fasting for Ramadan last night, he ate quickly, then appeared in media interviews, sipping an energy drink,". all this with a wide smile.

 

He added, "I asked him how can you play and fast at the same time. He looked up and pointed and said to me, may Allah help us."

 

"I've been doing this (Ramadan fast) for years," Pogba told the Manchester United official website.
