Netherlands: 7 people were injured in a stabbing accident at a center for asylum seekers
In stabbing incident occurred on Wednesday in Netherlands, seven people were injured, two of them in bad condition, this happened at a center for asylum seekers late Wednesday evening, according to Dutch police, who said they had arrested a 24-year-old resident of the center.
Officers also said that the motive behind the stabbing incident is not clear and investigations are still ongoing. The incident happened in the town of Icht, 180 kilometers south of Amsterdam. On Thursday officers said that they were called to the asylum seekers' center around 10:15 p.m. (2015 GMT) and they arrested the suspect 10 minutes later.
All the wounded were taken to hospital for treatment. Residents of the building where the stabbing occurred were transferred to other buildings at the station during a police investigation.
